Our Brewer Luis’ original recipe! Brewed as an experiment, this beer does not fit into any certain style guidelines. It is designed to be very dark yet not too heavy, and highly drinkable with a kiss of citrus.
Nice Rich malt back bone balanced by all English hops resulting in excellent drinkability.
A single hop pale bursting with amarillo hops. The simple malt bill allows the complexity of the Amarillos to shine. Look for notes of grapefruit and a distinct taste of tangerine.
With it’s notes of cocoa, maple, and roasted almond, Saphead does not skimp on malt character and the smooth nitrogen pour paired with this high alcohol ale gives the ultimate palate sensation.
Yeast sets this Belgian Farmhouse style ale apart from our other beers, bringing sour and spice to the palate. A first for SLO Brew, this beer is light, crisp, spicy, and fruity.
